Small terminal editors

I do have a few virtual servers and for those I do try to keep the number of installed packages low, less packages to keep security updated that way. And while I’m able to use both vi and nano on a typewriter level I don’t feel comfortable in them. Not so much to power it from it as to allow me to measure the current it draws. I therefor modeled a adapter in FreeCAD based on measurements taken from the Pinephone (Pro) battery....

Converted from: WordPress I have “ported” my rotozoomer from the Nokia 770 to the FreeRunner/Neo For a video output speed comparison I have made a video of it running on a Nokia 770, a Neo and a FreeRunner side by side. Rotozoomer Demo Rotozoomer Demo on YouTube The result is somewhat sad, but judge for your self. Just remember that the 770 has 1.25 times the pixel count of the Neo and it is a lot older too....
